The only way I could see drinking large amounts of OJ to be "un-healthy" is the high caloric and sugar content, especially if its from concentrate. All those extra calories can translate to more bodyfat if you aren't watching your over-all daily intake. You'd be better of to buy the all natural kind, and after a few glasses switch to water if you are still thirsty.
