Need a basic workout plan
Just looking for a little help from other board members. I am in need of a basic routine at the gym. An overall workout will suit me just fine for now. I go M, W, F & Sunday. Any tips would be appreciated.
I'm 6' 1" and right at about 210 on the scales. Looking for more tone than bulk & to drop those last 10 lbs. I got cardio down pretty good, just looking for some tips with the weights. TIA
