Can't handle any more chicken

If I have another grilled chicken sandwich "mustard, no mayo", I think I'm gonna puke.

Anyone got any other ideas for low fat fast food options? No Subway, either...I've worn that place out.

Thanks!

If you are into salads, most fast food places such as Subway, Whataburger, Schlotzkys, etc. etc............ have pretty decent salads.

Yeah, that's a good idea.

I don't even think about salads because I need to increase my protein... Do most places have low/non fat dressing? (That isn't horribly disgusting?)

What's wrong with Quizno's Subs? Also, those salads at Wendy's are badass.

You can get meat with most of the salads such as turkey, chicken, ham, and so on. It isn't a bunch of meat but it is just as much as if you were to get a sandwich. And yes, if you can order a salad from somewhere 99% of the time they will have no-fat dressing if you ask for it.

Marisa,

I have the same problem, lack of options. For fast food, it's either wendy's (salad & 6 piece nuggets) or subway. I dunno about the nutrition on the Quizon's stuff, but damn they look yummie on TV (then again, so do Hungry man dinners )Occasionally I'll risk chicken sandwiches, but they are not always as healthy as one might think. I used to love the chicken twister thingy at KFC until I saw the nutrition info on that mug! ACK!! I'd probably starve to death if it wasn't for souper salad!!

Fried crispy noodles, almonds, and the dressing alone has like 25 grams of fat! yikes!

The dressing and FRIED shit I'm sure... but not the almonds. You don't have to use that stuff.

Quizno's is awesome, but they don't really have a low-fat menu. Their bread is a bit richer than Subways as well. Careful on the salads too, with croutons and the wrong dressing you might as well had a big mac. I unfortunatley can't offer many suggestions because for me a simple diet is the easiest to follow. When you try to change it up, you are faced with more opportunities to make the wrong decisions in a fit of hunger, where as if you cook it at home and bring it, there's no choice to be made.

I couldn't agree with you more, unfortunately, with my job I'm constantly driving all day long....so fast food is my only real option.

Pack a cooler and bring it with you, I used to do it all the time. Just plan ahead and being in the car all day is no longer an excuse.
