This really sucks...

Just as I was finishing a cutting period, I hurt my shoulder and can't lift, so I can't build! I'm not sure what I did yet, I haven't finished my 2 week Doctor Prep Period, so I haven't found out what's wrong. The damn thing hurts almost all the time, which is weird, since it's the same shoulder that I've been able to dislocate on command for the past 5 years. I'm bitter!

where does your shoulder hurt? if you lift your arm straight upwards ( like a side raiser) with your palm down does it hurt in the joint? does it feel like its going to pop out of place? if so.. high likelyhood that its your rotorcuff tendon.

Yes.

I've dislocated that shoulder more than a few times, I figured it was rotator cuff damage.

I'll just do like I've always done, keep going, then when it finally gives out, fix it, then start going again a few weeks later.

No wonder Frogger thinks you have more sports injuries than her whole softball team, working out until it gives HAHAHAHA. If I did that for all the minor stuff I've hurt I'd probably be dead or a cripple
