New acomplisment!

i managed to benchpress 135 for 12 reps today!! WOOHOO!!
and incline with 110!!!
slowly getting my strength back!

I hope you are talking about the 135 dumb bells, if so that is a feet.

I am only good for the 90's for 12 reps by myself. Im sure if I had a helper I could do some more.

Damn BJ, I want some of what you're having. I popped up the 80's for 3 hard sets of 12 last week (perfect form). First exercise of the day too.
