(ADDED PICS)check out my new diet......getting shredded!
Im currently 176lbs. and 11%bf and feel fat as a sumo so im going to do something about it. heres my diet........
meal 1:7egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit, glass of tea(unsweet), flax oil
meal 2: 8oz steak, 2cups leafey green vegis, 20oz water
meal 3: 2 cans tuna, 1 cup sugar free jello, 20oz water, flax oil
meal 4: 8oz chicken breast, crystal light 20
meal 5: 6-8oz ground wild game, 2 cups vegis(steamed)
meal 6: 2scoop protein shake with 20oz water(40g)
this is roughtly 250g of protein and under 25g carbs with just enough fat to stay energetic. im using a ECA stack and doing no cardio since my metabolism is fast and im naturally fairly lean. im going to post up some pics in a few weeks to show my progress.
5-6 days per week, 1-2 body parts per day for approx 45min per day. ex: back, bis: chest, tris: legs, abs: shoulders, calfs: etc....
any suggestions for those who are in the know on contest style dieting????
