With all of the 'ALL NATURAL' talk for losing wait...can we get an ongoing meal list?

First of all, I know I spelled weight wrong...but there wasn't enough room for 'weight', so I put 'wait' so that you guys would know wtf I was saying. Just coverin' my ass..lol

I am really trying to make this work...I've been eating tuna fish (With mustard instead of mayo) or chicken (not fried) for lunch and dinner, and something light like a bowl of oatmeal or cheerios (not honey nut) in the morning, with nonfat milk.

However, I get kind of tired of the same thing...SO, lets get a meal list going...

Or possibly some GOOD RECIPES that are healthy...

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
6 chicken breast halves without skin
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil -- or vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves -- minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon red pepper -- dried crushed
10 bibb lettuce leaves -- up to 15

Place chicken in a shallow baking dish. Stir together chili powder and next 6 ingredients until blended; spoon over chicken, turning to coat. Chill 30 minutes.
Cook chicken in a large nonstick skillet coated with vegetable cooking spray over medium heat 5 minutes on each side or until done. Arrange lettuce leaves around edges of large serving plate. Servw with fresh green salad.

That was one I found really quickly on the net. Anyone can find recipes all day long, but what are YOU eating that has worked?

I can't help you there Shawn, unfortunately monotony is what keeps me in adherence with my diet. Cheat days ar where I eat the "good stuff", and calories nor fat content are of concern.
