What does your workout consist of?

Right now, my brother a friend of ours, and I are working out in our garage. It consists of:

Day 1 - 2 Bench excersies, and 3 tricep excersies.
Day 2 - 2 back excersies, and 2 forearm excersies.
Day 3 - 4 shoulder excersies and 2 Bicep excersies.

I know I don't have what excersies we do listed, but some of them I don't know the name of.

Any comments?

Oh, and all this is being done in our garage with free weights.

Well, the Felsdmonster and I are gonna change it up a bit next week, but right now my schedule is:

Mon - chest & tri's
Tue - middle back & bi's
Wed - off
Thur - legs
Fri - Lats & shoulders
Sat - off
Sun - off

Abs every other day with calves alternating. No cardio unless I'm dieting.

Getting your cardio is wonderful, but the fellas are right. You do want to incorporate some exercises for your legs. That direct stimulation will help provide growth and symmetry. Trust me, Jeremy, You wont regret it later.

Absolutely. You are actually hindering the groth of other muscle groups by not working legs, as your body has a way of proportioning itself. Properly done squats are essential to ANY workout plan.

Squats and deadlifts should be staples of your leg routine. Be careful though, and start out light and practice good form, it is quite easy to hurt your lower back doing either exercises improperly. Other good ones are seated leg extensions, lying leg curls, lunges, Smith press, and leg sled.

THX guys.. I have been discussing our routine with guys at work and they pretty much said it would be a god idea for our sessions to start to be every day. I do run every day and workout every other but I am pooped most days after work in that hot shop fixing broke sh!t. But how long are the sessions for you out there that are working out every WEEK DAY.

If you work efficiently and watch the "gab time", you can get a good workout in an hour. I personally take about an hour and a half, just to get a little extra rest when going heavy.

I go heavy 5 for 5 w/ only 60seconds rest betwixt sets.

<---------One tired brutha

Like today.

Seated Behind the neck Military Press 135lbs 5/5 60sec rest

Seated Dumbell press 45lbs 5/5

One arm lateral raises 15lbs 4 sets of 8

Dumbell shrugs 90lbs 5 sets of 10 (actually I cheated myself on those. I should've used the barbell and put on 225)

But I was distracted by this 46 yr old lady who was talking to me and showing me her under arms
