Question Whats the proper weight for my height?

I am ~5' 10", I weigh in @ 180#'s, I'm a decent sized guy with lots of muscle in my lower body and good arms. Am I around the right weight

You can have a body fat % done cheap to see your ratio. Sounds fine. The charts you see are all BS and don't take into account muscle mass. I'm older than most of you guys, but I'm about 6' and weigh 190. I wear a 46L coat, and 34 waist. I DO have to fight middle-aged paunch, but train every day to do so. I feel sorry for folks in their 20's who aren't fit, cuz it's a real bitch after you turn 30 to get fit.

Its really wierd for people shorter then me with a big waist tell me they weigh as much or a couple of pounds more then me, thought maybe I was just messed up
