Should I be happy with my arms?

Just out of curiousity I measured my arms before my workout. (I'm doing arms today and I got curious to how my bicep training was going since my tris seem to overshadow them)

17.5 is what I got.

As long as your waist isn't +36 inches I'd be happy I think. Not sure of the weight lifters around here.

I'm measuring 14.5", but, then again I weight 165/160 with a 29" waist.

I've got about a 17.5 bi on the small one and the bigger one is about 17.8. Not small, but never big enough.

monsoon, I thought about it, I don't think you should be happy with the size of your arms until they look like this:

You aren't supposed to measure at the wrist.

JC, I think that is pretty good. Since I hurt my shoulder I haven't worked out for over a month, and my arms are 17.5". They used to be a little over 19" when I was lifting hard. But remember, triceps account for about 70-75% of total arm mass, so hit those tri's for size!
