As long as your waist isn't +36 inches I'd be happy I think. Not sure of the weight lifters around here.
I'm measuring 14.5", but, then again I weight 165/160 with a 29" waist.
JC, I think that is pretty good. Since I hurt my shoulder I haven't worked out for over a month, and my arms are 17.5". They used to be a little over 19" when I was lifting hard. But remember, triceps account for about 70-75% of total arm mass, so hit those tri's for size!
