I ain't no LPT, but I have a friend that is one. She said that inside/outside shoulder rotations, build up to 100.
Once you get there, add a little weight and build up to 100 again.
But, as always, it would be best for you to see a doctor (if you haven't) and see the extent of the damage and the best path to rehab. It doesn't necessarily have to be in a clinic with a LPT, since I doubt there is just a whole heck of alot of equipment used in rehabbing a torn rotator cuff.
A trip to the doctor after 6 weeks of rehabbing would be good, just to see if you are progressing.
