I'd say ya' got some water, maybe some muscle, maybe some fat, in there....
5lbs would be about 17500 calories over what you are burning (in a week/7 days).
Which would mean you would have had to take in 2500 calories over and above what you were expending. With your weight training and cardio you said you were doing, I'd guesstimate you would have had to take in excess of 5000 calories a day for that to be pure fat.
