Exclamation Dang! I've picked up some lbs!

I started back working out last week. I picked up 5lbs since then. Wonder if it's just water?

5'10 and 200.5 lbs.

<--------fat boy!

I'd say ya' got some water, maybe some muscle, maybe some fat, in there....

5lbs would be about 17500 calories over what you are burning (in a week/7 days).

Which would mean you would have had to take in 2500 calories over and above what you were expending. With your weight training and cardio you said you were doing, I'd guesstimate you would have had to take in excess of 5000 calories a day for that to be pure fat.

Haha. Yea, that will do it.

Running in this dang heat also helps the water retention. I went for a 6 miler this morning, weighed 168 before it, weighted 164 after it. Pure water. Took me 5 hours to rehydrate and get the weight back up.
