Supliments Any Takers?

Well I figured since I have been so damn active with the military physical conditioning thing that I would start taking supliments to help me to get to where I want to be quicker. I am considering creatine or some other types, has anyone had any experience with that stuff and if so what has worked for them?

Im on a 6 day workout schedule....Mon Wed Fri I run for 35 min and work upper body Tues Thurs I run for 30 min and work legs and Saturdays I run for an hour. and Sundays are my rest and pig out days.

Any suggestions as to making this a more efficient or better workout program?

That sounds like a pretty solid program Dan, if endurance is your priority. Creatine can even benefit such a program as it will help to preserve lean mass with all the cardio. If muscle is more your concern, keep your calories up, your cardio moderate, and make sure to get enough protien. As I have said in other posts, clean calories are the most important "supplement" for any athlete, regardless of goals.

Creatine sounds good to me. And your body can definetly use some protein supplementation. Just try not to hog out on those MREs while in the AF.

Good luck Dan and continue to carve away.

Have you heard of Advocare. I am a distributor for the company. They make some awesome work out products. The company also has a bunch of unpaid athletic endorsers. PM me if your interested.

Cell tech is essentially a weight gainer with creatine added. If you are looking to supplement creatine and need the extra calories, that's a good way to go.

Im not a expert by any means. But i have also heard that cell-tech and nitro-tech have been adding mass to everyone that i have talked to that use it. After i finish my weight loss program with hydroxcut i am going to start using it. Just my two cents.
