Thumbs up Okay this new regime blows. Back to old faithful

Heavy as heck, bulk movements and little or no carbs for one month. This is tried and true for me when I want to cut up and maintain muscle.

Lots of protein, vegetables and water!

It seems like everytime my wife gets pregnant I gain weight.

Thumbs up

Only resting 60 sec between sets and then running for 8min on the treadmill got my heart rate to 164 and I'm 30yrs old. That's well above the fat burning zone and into the cardio zone.(According to the little chart at Ballys)

Yea, 164 is well into cardio/advanced. If you haven't done cardio in awhile, it will be hard to run and keep yourself in the "fat burning" zone.

You may want to walk at a fast pace on the treadmill, or try to bike to keep your heart rate down.

A great routine that I have found is from a Book called Body For Life..By Bill Phillips. It has worked great for me. And I know alot of people that have lost anywhere from 5 to 25 pounds from just the Diet. Add the workout in "which neither is bad or Extreme" andn the weight just peels off. You can pick up the book up at most Half Price Book Stores.

"Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end."
