Since I hurt my shoulder about a month ago, I decided to get on some Hydroxycut and do retarded cardio to lose some excess fat. I have done a pretty good job. Now I am in therapy for my shoulder and getting back in to the gym regularly. I am not about to hit the heavy weight yet, but I soon will be. I would like to get back on some creatine and glutamine. I have taken Cell-tech creatine before. Does anyone have a better suggestion? Also, what is the best glutamine to take? And don't forget, price is somewhat of a factor. Thanks.
