Any supplements that help with cardio?

Is there anything to take that will help me me run for longer distances? Or is there nothing that helps this?

Cocaine.

Honestly, I don't know. Maybe something like Xenadrine or Hydroxycut.

I don't think that would be too good for me. The NCAA doesn't like that stuff to come up on drug tests.

Kaji, how long have you been running?

Your capacity takes awhile to build up, then, all of a sudden, BAM! you will be doing distance.

Long time ago, when I first started running, 1/2 mile was max. Within a month, 6 was easy, within a couple of months, weekly treks around White Rock Lake (9 miles) were no problem.

Within 6 months I ran my first marathon.

As far as supplements goes, make sure you are getting a balanced carb/protien/fat ratio and that should be all the nutrition you need.
