Who takes protein and what kind would you recommend?

Went to a few supplement stores today looking at proteins and didn't know wtf to buy. everyone basically said if it is WHEY then it is good...

What would you recommend?

Thanks

I use whey, and skim milk. Optimum is the best I think it has the black and red label and is around 25.00 dollars for a 4 lb jug.

Yeah, there's nothin' too special about choosing protien other than cost and taste. Just find a reasonable whey and try it. If it's palatable and affordable stick with it.

Well, if they are basically the same...who makes a good low calorie, low fat protein mix?

I believe the one I saw with the lowest of both was called 'egg protein', heard of it? Any input?

Thanks again
Shawn

I'm trying to get away from eating a bars as much as I do. At least from the labels, eating a can of tuna is pretty good (not the best tasting, but loaded). Also, turkey burger has quite a bit of protein.
