Best nitric oxide, creatine, and protein.

I've been out of the supplement game for a long while and I want to get back strength I used to have. I don't have any idea on which NO and creatine are the best. Does the protein brand really matter still?

unless you're getting "NO" by I.V. dont even bother.

If you just want creatine. The Nimbus 1000g bag is only $18.
That will last you about 6 months for $18.

So NoXplode isn't the best stuff to get then? How much and how long does the iv stuff last? Don't see it on the lockoutsupplemetns site.

I don't know if I should just get creatine or creatine mixed with other stuff like CellMass or whatever.

What about protein Grey?

Can anyone tell me if it is neccessary to "load" the creatine? I have been reading now that studies show you dont need to but just doesnt sound right. Someone at GNC tried to sell me some stuff that he said didnt need loading. Everytime I go in that store I plan on buying something until they start talking

No. They have done studies and although it may take a little longer to saturate the muscles, your kidneys will thank you for not loading. Also there have been studies that show almost the same improvements by just taking 2 grams per day instead of 5.

Never have used NO supplements but I have had good results with any of the phosphagen creatines and also with celltech hardcore but it is pricey and has a ton of sugar. For protein I like ON optimum nutrition pro complex protein. It has hardly any fat at all in it, easy to digest and does not taste half bad.

Kaji,

I think Greg was trying to say that all NO products on the market are BS. The only way you can get any benefit out of NO at all is via an IV. And you can't get it that way, legally at least

I've always been a fan of the muscle milk/monster milk taste. Just recently got some Syntha-6 and it mixes/tastes pretty good. A buddy of mine just ordered some of the Dymatize ISO 100 - No carb protein in banana and said it's pretty good.

I order everything from Greg, except a couple of things he doesn't carry. ABB RTD's is pretty much it. I like to keep the 50g protein RTD's in the fridge for a quick meal replacement at work and at home for busy days.

Don't forget to use coupon code dfwstangs on Lockout. Greg has the best prices, and quickest shipping I've found.

I also only buy from him, so that he can take care of that sweet wife of his

You're only as strong as you allow yourself to be...

Thanks Matt. Best to go the cell tech type route for creatine or just creatine by itself?

If you want a post workout with creatine i would go with Size On Max Performance over the Cell Tech.

There are hundreds of studies on Creatine, it's been around for ages now in bodybuilding. Sometimes they contradict in part, however 5-6 grams is mostly recommended. Mono has been true for years and is the only Creatine i use. Also they talk you into buying the products they have margin in or are getting kickbacks on. My employees dont have that option because everything is only a couple bucks over our cost. Making penny's on the dollar is an overstatement for us. haha

Yes, even taken at 20 grams it's shown to do nothing orally. Most supplement products have 1-3 grams. All research that companies use to show these great effects leave out the part of the study that says it was in a hospital setting given by I.V. treatment. Of course most supplement store owners wont tell you this either.

Oh, and i can get the drinks you want now that i have a warehouse. You'd just have to pick that order up at 380 and custer.
