Thanks- I only wanted to lose about 7-9lbs... but damn, it did not want to come off! LOL
If I gain some back, I won't mind... I just want to keep losing inches and gaining muscle.

If you and Brooks want to come workout legs with me on Sunday mornings, just let me know...but fair warning...no sissies allowed!

Brooks did good last time and did not complain once.
The workout usually lasts between 2-3hrs and I like to start up around 8AM or so at the Rufe Snow location.

We all want you to look like that too.

There is a real good female personal trainer who trains clients where I go but that is in North Dallas.

I'll talk to him,he's been busy though...
I work this sunday so if I were to workout it would have to be earlier than 8AM...

Run more and eat less? I think temps outside are supposed to be dropping here this weekend and only in the low to mid 80's for a high all next week. Night-time running in 60 degree weather will ensue.

Honestly, personal trainers are a waste of money. You can find a good routine and diet plan (and it's going to be a really strict diet if you want to look like that) on the interwebz for free.

Yeah, I agree... I will most likely do that.. but I'm still in the search for a trainer. I won't keep one for a long time(too much money and not worth it to me,) I just need to be pointed in the right direction and all that good stuff.

I used two personal trainers when I started working out and was 367 pounds 10 years ago. Both of them looked very close to that and it was very motivational. Both of them could also destroy me (bitches). LOL I remember getting in the truck one day after a session with Jill and for some reason my radio was on some weird station, I could not even reach the damn radio to change the station.

Dude, if you're out of shape doing 50 pushups will make you sore as hell. Just saying. Most personal trainers at gyms have to worry about hurting you for liability reasons. Get a private personal trainer if you want to actually be pushed.

No it was actually a good year into it and I was turning the corner only using them once a week. They just kinda kept me on track and motivated. 50 push ups were not a problem so every now and then they turned it up a notch. I cant remember her damn last name but she won several fitness championships or something like that. She was the back up to my main trainer and I was giving her a hard time about being the second string trainer so she put it to me . Kinda funny about 10 sessions in I realized I graduated with my main trainer from high school. She looked veryyyyyy different from high school.

I know the owner personally. Great hands on training in a fun and not threatening atmosphere. Even let you try a free session.
