Hey guys , need some help. Starting to get a lil burned out eating the same things repeatedly. I'm making good progress and don't want to screw it up.
I was hoping some of you could share some of your favorite healthy meals you like to eat. If possible, include their calorie count if you can, if not it's cool and I will look it up.
