Might be a repost but it's Friday and I'm too lazy to search. I'm healthy, running and lifting on a pretty strict schedule 5 days a week. So with that said... what's a good multivitamin to take? I am currently taking One-a-day mens Pro Edge.
I take a liquid vitamin " Vitacell" to go along with the other crap I take- High 5 (protein drink) Max Gluta Matrix and Max Green Synergy. I like the liquid vitamin better than anything I have taken in the past.
