I think it's more having to do with the gym and the diet over your miracle products.

Not what it's about man. Look at what they are, the ingredients, and so forth. It isn't a shake that fixes all. It is a lifestyle change that involves fundamental nutrition. The guy that heads Informed Choice is a staple on Advocare's board. His agency dictates what athletes can take, what is considered doping, and so on. Is diet and exercise crucial to a healthy lifestyle? Absolutely. But foods are mass produced and heavily engineered to be grown in all climates at all times of the year, something has to go and that is usually the nutritional benefit.

Do you take a multi-vitamin? Do you drink protein? (I'm not talking about sucking dick either, Nate) Pre and post workout drinks? Fat burners? Energy drinks? I've got well over 200 customers that buy from me and are seeing drastic changes in their life.

Me being on the opposite end of everyone as I want to gain weight rather than lose it. I guess I should have mentioned that first. I'm thinking maybe this shake shit between meals might help pack on some pounds rather than replacing a meal

No multi, yes protein mix in my smoothie, no fat burners ( they don't work) and no energy drinks or coffee.

The protein I use is the cheap bulk bag from SAMs. I take fish and flax seed oil as well. Anything else?

There is no bag of magic pills that you can take or drink that will replace hard work and a dieting life style change.

I never said it did. Are you purposely being obtuse? There are supplements you can take that aid in progression.

If you put on 50lbs of muscle and only add 100lbs to your bench, you're doing it wrong.

Some people with subpar information on any supplement should keep their "knowledge" to themselves, otherwise their ignorace pours out in the form gigantic misinformation and misunderstanding as to how the supplement is truly intended to work.

I use advocare and I'm also well aware that I would have no changes to my physical appearance if it weren't for hard work, healthy diet, and consistency. With no exercise, I would still indeed have a better saturation of the necessary vitamins and minerals ones body needs in order to maintain. Combining the two... I get the best of both. Excellent physical health (well, compared to kim 6 months ago), Streamlined nutritional intake and I'm seeing the changes in my appearance almost daily thanks to ME, My diet, and My advocare

She was using the geometry definition. Acute = Angles < 90*, Obtuse = Angles > 90*

Supplements are exactly that, supplemental. While it is possible for people to make changes without supplementing their diet, very few have the time and resources to do so. There is no harm in supplementing, as long as the work is done in all other areas, as well.

Funny to see people get all up and arms. :-p

The only thing was when the guy said I am proof advocare works. The hard work in the gym and diet works with supplements aiding slightly.

You know what, if eating apples makes me feel better about working out, and I can convince other people that the apples are the reason that I'm getting great results, then I'm going to sell the fuck out of some apples.

The fact is that it doesn't matter what makes you take your ass to the gym. If wearing your lucky shirt is good for weight loss, then wear your lucky shirt. I don't give a shit.

It is supposed to be the healthiest meal replacement product. They do nothing to the nutrients, no machines package them etc. It is all hand packed because the heat of machines steals nutrients. It is pure and supposed to be GREAT!

What ever motivates you and keeps you positive towards a healthy lifestyle isn't bad in my book.

For some it's a strict diet which contains all the nutrition you need. For some it is supplementing to ensure you get all the nutrition you need.

I've done both and for me its all about the food. I love to eat. I'd rather stuff my face with real food than drink some weird ass green looking smoothie or popping 15 pills a day. The only time I may "cheat" and stop in at a Smoothie King or some similar place is when I'm traveling or my schedule is such I'm not home to fix my food.

Some people would rather take 15 pills or drink their glass of nutrition.

If it works for you... by all means do it! For me it is ingesting massive quantities of healthy food.

My 401K is now a 400K (was 301K)

My wife has been on Shakeology now for a little over 7 months and it's been great for her. However, she was already in good physical shape when she started on it....she has always worked out regularly and eats well too. However, she has suffered on & off the past few years with digestive problems, and this stuff was recommended to her from one of her friends at the gym to help with that. She started noticing a difference within about a week, and has gradually improved over time. She claims to have a lot more energy and obviously feels better too. She says that she's even noticed an improvement in her skin/complextion. This stuff isn't like a miracle diet or anything like that, it's more about good balanced nutrition.

When we went on vacation back in August she didn't take enough with her, and ended up going without it for about 5 days, and she really felt the difference from stopping it for just that little while. She was drag-assing at the beach!
