So, i'm a truck driver. i amazingly am losing weight on the road (fucking crazy, i know) i've gone from 220 pounds down to right at 200 over the course of 4 months. the one thing i have noticed is i used to have a pretty nice upper body, but my biceps are pretty much gone, and my chest is fading fast with the lack of muscle stimulation. a guy i know told me i should check into working out with kettlebells, as he thought it'd be super portable and i'd be able to carry them in my truck and do entire workout regimens with them. i went to walmart and checked them out, the heaviest they had was 20lbs. is this heavy enough for me to work out with? i used to work out with 45 lb dumbbells. i dont want to turn into some muscle bound freak, just want to get a stronger core, some decent arms and restore my chest and abs. ideas, comments?
