Chime in with your stories...Stubborn body parts!
Just wanted to see how some of you broke through your barriers regarding physique? My stubborn spot has always been my stomach. I am a small dude at 142 and sit around 7-8 percent body fat mostly and still cannot seem to get my abs to shine...I have some definition at the top of the abdominals but a small tiny pooch covering the bottoms...My diet is very lean and my cardio is up there seeing that I am a cyclist. You would think I would have abs of steel after riding miles and miles every week and they would be poking right out but no such luck so far. Has anyone had similar situations? If so, how did you break that plateau? I tend to think some people are just built differently and it's near impossible to get rid of some spots. Jeremy-
