Yep, no matter how early I get to bed, it's never early enough. Like Stangyn, 9 pm is about the latest I'm up. On work days I crash about 8.
I'm still new to all this (just under a month of dedicated exercises/workouts) but since I've been doing this daily workout, I can't stay awake past 8-8:30 unless I force myself, and can NOT sleep past 5am. I feel great mid-way through each day but tired and burned out from about 4pm til bedtime again.
I'm willing to bet I'm doing something wrong with my diet/nutrition that's got my body all backwards though.
and to get back on topic, I'm willing to bet it's more dedication with sleeplessness that's bringing you to the gym at 3am (if that's outside the realm of normalcy for you)
