I'm really more interested in some home recipes. I'm really trying to stay off the whey due to the side effects.

couldn't help but notice that your recipe doesn't call for any milk. interesting.

https://www.advocare.com/10046755/St...&id=A&flavor=B

# Available in Chocolate, Vanilla and Berry
# Offered in pouches
# 24 grams of protein
# 5-6 grams of fiber
# 26 vitamins and minerals and only 220 calories
# Contains 50% of the daily value of calcium

i like the vanilla, i sometimes add strawberrys or peaches to it if i get tired of the same flavor. the chocolate is ok too, tastes like nesquick, i just don't like chocolate that much in general though. never had the berry flavor.

well like i said, i've been taking them 3 months now, i do them in place of 2 meals a day, usually breakfast and dinner. so i buy a box a week, i wouldn't still be doing that if it sucked lol. i recommend them if you're looking for that type of thing.

they also have a really good sugar free energy drink called spark that i take 2 or 3 times a day that is awesome.

I drink a shake between breakfast and lunch, and then between lunch and dinner. Since I'm trying to gain, I use Universal's Real Gains.

yeah, I for one, am NOT trying to gain. I want to limit my caloric intake and try to drop a few pounds.

I know that homie! but I want another opinion. you push this stuff so naturally you're only gonna point out the pro's. I want to know if there are any con's.

I can dig that. I've got a ton of people that can provide you feedback if needed.
