need nutrition and diet help
im 24, 5'7" and weigh 173, i used to weigh 145 medium frame well after hurting my foot i used that as an excuse to be lazy, now im fat and they found high blood sugar and high cholesterol, needless to say im freaking out as my family has a high history of diabetes!
my diet consist if no breakfast huge red meat lunches and big dinner also red meat, and to top it all off one last meal before bed, yes u guessed it more than likely red meat. i drink soft carbonated drinks.
ok heres what i plan on doing
breakfast (i dont know what to eat)
light lunch (maybe some turkey sammiches ?)
fruit snack after work (4pm)
some chicken dinner before (7pm)
fruit snack after that?
now i know i have to start getting some excersise but dont know what to do.
so any help is greatly appreciated
