I am also looking for something to help with the weight loss. I'm 6'2" and 230lb. I run and ride dirt bikes for exercise. I eat somewhat poorly.
Here's a typical week:
Run 3-5 miles on Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat, and 6-10 on Sun. Always in the morning right after I drop the kid off - about 8am. Sometimes I ride dirt bikes for 2 hours on Sat instead of running. During the Fall, I will be upping the mileage to get ready for a marathon in December. I know I will drop a few more pounds when I up the mileage, but I want to get to 210-215 and stay there. I was at 220 in February when I ran a marathon.
Mon-Fri I eat lunch out 4 or 5 days a week (outside sales). Sun - Thu my wife cooks dinner. Fri/Sat night eat out. My breakfast is either oatmeal, cereal bar, or milk/cereal. I have a sweet tooth, and I eat a 100 calorie desert pack usually every night.
Should I try Lean EFX? When should I be taking the supplement? Eating out for lunch - what can I do there? (I'm not going to take my lunch because it would sit in a hot car while on appointments.) Any other suggestions?
