I guess I'll go first.
Started at 163 lbs, 15.3% body fat. As of today, 147 lbs, 10.2% body fat.
Total lost 16 lbs, 5.1% body fat, 10.19% of total body weight.
As you can see my shorts fit a little differently LOL. Even while losing weight my strength has increased along with my stamina. I can run further and faster than anytime in my life.
I went to the gym at least 6 days a week through the entire contest, except for a 3 week break I took while family was in town. I did 100 situps every single day at home.
But the big change for me was diet, I have never eaten better in my life. I can feel and see a big difference both mentally and physically. A big help for me was watching the Future of Food and Food Inc. It opened my eyes to some of the shit I was putting in my body. I lost the weight by eating only organic meats, fresh fruits & fresh veggies. No breads, rice, pasta, starches, processed foods, etc. Basically now I eat like a caveman, if I can't kill it or grow it then I don't consume it. Don't get me wrong, I still had a burger, or ice cream, slice of cake, etc. But that was limited to one meal per week. I think I had one alcoholic beverage during the contest, maybe two at the most.
