cramps

Ok when i work out my legs, i start off doing squat i do 10 reps of 135 pounds to warm up and when i add more weight to 225 i start doing my reps but right away i get cramps. how can i get rid of this? i drink plenty of water everyday.

Greg, aside from taurine, how much potassium would you recommend for daily intake?

Have you tried eating a banana before doing legs? Maybe blend it in your pre WO shake.

ok thank you. I drink plenty of water and stretch before workouts and still get cramps. Alot of people have told me that drinking pickle juice would help is that true???

No i haven't tried that. I was reading on the internet about it just now, so im going to try that see if it helps
