Just curious, what exercises are you doing? I mainly just do calf raises, inner calf raises, and outter calf raises. I just grab the heaviest dumbells I can pick up and bust out a set. Typically I do 20-30 reps a set before the burn is too much. And to knock out 2 exercises in 1 I'll do my shoulder shrugs with them.
