protein and weight gainer

is it safe for me to take like my regular protein mix and a weight gainer? I dont wanna be doin somethin that will f me up.

Thought you disappeared for good

Edit: I think this should be found out through trial and error. I consume nearly 300g protein per day and rarely ever have stomach issues.

Never disappear for good! had to cut the bills down bro, got rid of the internets and cable for about 6 months!!

I fluctuate between 190-195, bulking right now. The 300g is from usually two shakes and then any protein from food sources. I use a 40%p, 40%c, and 20%f split, and there's no way to eat 4000 cals per day with that split and not eat that much protein.
