I thought I would share. I am finished with day 2 and wow this is amazing for getting your heart rate up. I haven't worked out like this since I was training for football. Honestly if you think you can handle it give it a try. It is well worth it. I am in good shape already as far as running around and lifting but this took me to another level. IF you try and keep pace with the people on the dvd as a newbie(like me ) you will probably pass out or atleast have to stop and rest. People on the dvd's are dropping and resting and they are inshape. Give it a try.
