Insanity workout

I thought I would share. I am finished with day 2 and wow this is amazing for getting your heart rate up. I haven't worked out like this since I was training for football. Honestly if you think you can handle it give it a try. It is well worth it. I am in good shape already as far as running around and lifting but this took me to another level. IF you try and keep pace with the people on the dvd as a newbie(like me ) you will probably pass out or atleast have to stop and rest. People on the dvd's are dropping and resting and they are inshape. Give it a try.

My question to you guys is. Should i just stick to the cardio for now from insanity and when should I add my lifts back into the routine? Lifting hasnt really broken me down like this INSANITY workout has and I continue to get stronger. I would probably lift morning and continue Insanity in the evening. Right now I am 5'11'' and about 215-220 depending on the day. I am fairly strong and dont want to lose too much, when do the 2 become counter productive? My plan is to do insanity alone for the next 2 weeks then go back to lifting 3 days a week with the insanity for the 6 days a week. Right now I am Shawn T's biatch.

My wife has been doing it for a couple weeks now. She is a cardio queen and it kicks her as too. She likes it as well...
