A guy I work with has been taking this for about 2 months & he has got some good results. He's also taking Protein Shake, Multi-Vit & Fish Oil. I just got into the gym a couple of months ago & he said I should look into trying some.
I currently take 100% Whey Protein, Multi-Vit & Universal Torrent. Is this something that you guys would recommend? I've heard of people getting jacked up nipples & stuff on certain supps & this is something that I don't want. Does this stuff cause that?
