Weight loss Supplements

I have been on a daily diet and excercise program for awhile and I was looking into trying out some supplements like Lipo-6x. Has anyone had any problems or what do you take in addition to your program to lean out ? Let me know

I've been eating 7 times a day about 400 calories each meal at a total of 3k per day.

1500 calories of those are from shakes. I use Muscle Milk, not the greatist but I use ALOT of any powder so I buy it because it's cheap and gets the job done.

I'm starting to take creatine next week. Been debating on what to get.

What is "a while?" Having been on that rollercoaster a time or three before, I'd recommend that you get you diet completely in check first, or adding a "fatburner" will only provide very temorary losses. The main issue I see with people that are looking for supplements like this is that they are in a hurry to lose the weight. The truth of the matter is that the slower the weight comes off, the better the probability thaty it will be a permanent change. 100% I've talked to someone taking a metabolic enhancer to lose a quick 10-5 pounds they will gain it back and with a little extra to spare. The key is to not be afraid to feed the body the good nutrition that it needs, and not to cut your calories too drastically.

A more specific answer to your question is that they all are formulated a little differently, relying on various active ingredients. Each one works differently for each individual, some people prefer a high caffien content, whereas others have built up a tolerance to it and need something different. You'll have to find out what works best for you, and at what dosages.

Well I've been doing it for about 4 weeks, about a 1lb to 1.5lbs a week. I feel my diet is pretty solid, I try to keep it around 2K calories a day with only healthy foods. But I'm starting to feel like I'm not taking in enuff calories because of my energy level seems to be dropping less every day. I'm currently at 208 lbs 5' 11" I work in a office so my acivity is low. And so I was looking to start a weight loss supplement to assist my program. My main goal is not just to lose the weight but to remove the love handles on my hips. If I could do that I lose those I would be happy! The rest of me is protional, its just those handles that need to be addressed.
