Novedex XT

Anyone on here personally used this Testosterone Booster/Anti-Aromatase???

If so, what did you think about it?

Try one of the good Tribulus Testeris (sp) supps out there, Tribex is one of the better ones, though Cellucor P6 is alright too.

For energy you'll need to add in a stimulant of some type, and there are too many to choose from. Try to find something that works with your body's chemistry. I've been on that rollercoaster many times before though, and am happily stimulant free (aside from plain caffiene) at the moment. A morning jog and a couple cups of coffee get my day started just fine.

Yeah, I have been doing the light breakfast then run then protein shake for a couple of days and can tell a difference. My legs hurt like hell for one, and I do feel more alert and energetic by a little morning exercise.

In another week or so the soreness will go away, but in my experience jogging doensn't get easier. I suppose that being 200lbs+ doesn't help my case, but every run burns just like the last.

I'm on my trib cycle currently and taking estrogenex to help block the estrogen, I'll cycle back on Novedex XT by the end of next week. I noticed a boost in energy for a couple days and then my body got used to it, so I didn't really notice the boost after that. It also messes with your emotions a little, at least it did for me, I found myself rationalizing things I typically don't rationalize about lol. I had trouble going to sleep the first time I used it due to the boost in energy, that's why you take it 'right' before you're about to fall asleep. I also took 2 in the morning every other day.

I also found that this didn't mix too well with Cyclin by MHP (a ZMA supp with other growth factors). I tried those two before bed and something about the two didn't go to well and I couldn't for the life of me fall asleep, that was very frustrating. So I stopped the Cyclin until I cycled off of the Novedex.

.
Testeris sucks, Tribulus Alatus is far superior. T-Bol and Recycle are the only products that have it.

How are they different if the percentages are at 45% saponins? I took the tribulus by NOW Sports a couple months back, now I'm taking the Bulgarian tribulus by Ultimate Nutrition (1 morning, 2 afternoon, 1 at night stacked with estrogenix)

Only test subjects have been rats, however the Alatus has shown far better results. Search Pubmed files....

The only thing I found on Alatus was this. It's just talking about the fruit part. If this is what your are referring to, NOWSports uses the fruit part as well in their trib formula.

There was another article that referenced tribulus by Optimum nutrition as having pretty good results as well.

If that worked I'd actually consider it, can't seem to shake my fear of needles.

So is it the fruit aspect that you think is what makes this trib stronger than others?

More like the scientific research that has shown it far better in every study comparing the two.

I noticed on the lockout forums site that SLINshot is having a presale. Would you happen to have more information detailing the research behind it?

For me, the jury is still out on the effectiveness of any Tribulus based supplement. Testeris, in it's few credible studies, has shown little to no change in testosterone. Alatus has one study showing a raise in testosterone, but it's nothing outside of normal living ranges.
