Recovery Shakes

Anyone have any proven recipes? Iíve googled some, but wanted to see if anyone has some good tips, suggestions, etc.

50g's of Myofusion + 20oz of water has worked well for me!!!

I add in extra BCAA amino acids as well.

1 1/2 scoop of strawberries and cream myofusion,half cup of oats,and a bananna in the blender set to smoothie.mmmmmmmmmmm!

Yes, but not in an immediate sense such as say creatine or stimulants. BCAA's are the building blocks of muscle tisse, and by supplementing them you are making the reparation process a tad bit easier by not making the body metabolize protein for it. It's more like adding a protein shake to your daily diet, or EFA's. You aren't all the sudden gonna "blow up," or anything of that nature, but there is a very distinct advantage to having BCAA's and Glutamine in your diet over the course of a year.

John, this is spot on. Yes I always hurt but I'm sure the bcaa's help.

Right on guys, just trying to educate myself on some of this stuff (sorry if I thread-jacked). I usually drink 20g of protein after doing weights or cardio but was curious if I needed anything else. I generally feel like a little girl after jiu jitsu work outs for the rest of the day if I take protein or not.
