EAT EAT EAT. I used to have a problem back when I was in my mid 20s. Could break 200lbs to save my life. I started eating a ton of steak & potatoes & PB&J & worked out twice everyday & I went from 188lbs to 205lbs of solid muscle in 2 months flat! Just always eat alot of meat & protein & make sure to carb up in the morning time

A gram per pound of bodyweight is plenty, a gram and a half if you are a serious bodybuilder. Anything more will just be burned for energy, or stored as fat if your calories are too high. Protein is hard on the kidneys and not an efficient energy source (glycemic index), so you are better off getting just enough protein, and the rest of your calories through complex carbs.

Protein is extremelly hard on your kidneys. I know I used to be like that guy & over ate. Let me tell you I had kidney pain big time.

Right now I'm 210-215 @ 6'3ft and BMI around 23% (idk how accurate the bmi test is)

Really, i pretty much burned all the fat i wanted to this year, just still some around my belly and upper thighs. Everywhere else is pretty cut. I jumped up cardio from 3x6 miles a week to 5x6 to try to burn the rest off. I think like a 17% BMI would be good for me.

Soo, 200g a day should be ok ?

BMI is shit, don't even bother with it, according to BMI, I'm obese @ ~10-12% BF at 200.

And yeah, 200g a day is plenty.

Thanks Tex!

Ya and my BMI comes from a wii fit too haha! I just use it to keep track of where Im at and going and fluctuations in what I'm doing. Wii fit has helped me lose 0 lbs...but it is great if you want to see charts and such of what yo have been doing.

I want to use some calipers to get my exact body fat but im working with alot of lose skin in some places now and I don't know how that works. lol.

"Thanks Tex?"

As long as you get the right info, he can have the credit.
