Toning

I have lost alot of weight and i am very happy with the weight i am at right now but i have that extra skin around my stomache and was wondering what workouts i could do to really tone up? i have been doing crunches, jump rope and planks. TIA

i'm going to guess that the "workout" guys here are going to cardio cardio cardio. But i could be wrong

If it's extra skin and not fat, that can be very difficult to get fixed w/o surgical means. Topic vitamin e can help a bit, but only for small amounts of extra skin. Larger amounts generally require surgery.

Agreed. But make sure you're as lean as you'd like, and don't concern yourself with the scale. It's easy to say 'If I lose XX pounds I'll be ripped' before you actually lose the weight and see how it looks.

are you referring to your happy trail?

8.8 1/8th mile on stock motor (225k miles) w/exhaust 3.73's and drag radials.
