Lose fat, but weight around the same
Lets see, I've always been in shape for the majority of my short life(23) was in awesome shape in HS, and even better shape in the Navy. The last yr and a half I've been real unhealthy working this desk job, lost a good portion of my strength gotten a nice fat stomach, can't run worth a damn without feeling like I want to die.
Last time this happened I ran and ran and ran and dropped weight rather quickly and got back in excellent shape. So my question is how can I keep roughly the same weight and just have nice clean muscle? What would be the best way for this? My plane at the moment is to tone up with a lot of cardio at first and then gain back what I have lost, is this the best way or is there a different way?
FWIW Last week I was at 200-205 on Monday, ran all last week started out with barely able to make a mile to running 2 miles in 16:30 today. I have already lost 10lbs and feel great, but trying to stay around my current weight just not a blob anymore.
