I started it a little over a week ago.
So far no HUGE results. Do have better focus and slightly more energy. But I am starting on the 1 pill in the morning and 1 pill in the afternoon. I'm a warm bodied person so I havent noticed the increase in bottom temp yet.
But hopefully the results pick up. Had a death in the family last week so the family eating and stress helped me put on a pound or 2.
Well I started with 1 at wake up. And 1 a few hours later, just so I can see how it treats me. I just started today to take 2 in the morning and 1 a few hours later. Because it says 6-8 hours later on an empty stomach. so I have been taking it before I eat in the morning at 7:30, eating at 8. Eating lunch at 12pm and then taking the last by 3pm. That sound about right?
