Jack3d

Is anyone taking this pre-workout?

I am currently trying to increase my swimming stamina and someone told me this is a good pre-workout supp to get you amped, and works well during the work out to keep you pushing hard. Any input?

All the reviews I have read are good, except one I saw that said it showed up as amphetamines on a screen? Anyone know if there is any truth to this?

Any other recommendations would be helpful if Jack3d is not the way to go.

I do NOT want to gain mass, I just want to work on stamina in the pool and need something that helps me get going after a long day of work.

Thanks,
SQ

I take 2-3 scoops everyday before I work out and it's awesome! I never want to leave the gym. It gets you going for as long as you need, without sleep deprivation. I would recommend it.

I would stay away from that shit when doing cardio. I posted a thread on here about doing cardio workouts on superpump and how I couldn't get my heart rate to go down.

Now that I've gotten away from it and actually started eating healthy, I have more energy than I ever had before. Those preworkout energy sups really are unnecessary.

I use it before I lift with great results. But like exlude said, I wouldn't use it for cardio...

Good info - any recommendations for anything to take during cardio?

I'm a fan of an easy to digest, natural carb (plain apple sauce w/o sugar and some protein mix in it). Eat that about an hour before your workout, and drink an electrolyte replacement during your workout (gatorade, accelerade if you can stomach protein during a workout) and you'll have plenty of energy.

Awesome...I love apple sauce and eat the 'no sugar added' kind as a snack all the time. I'll give it a shot.

I've got a gift card to GNC and need to find something to spend it on. The guy there told me jack3d would be good - that's what I get for asking those guys.

I may get it just for the weight training days though. It's cheap.

I do enjoy supplements like NOxplode, SuperPump, Jack3d when I used to only do slow paced, body building type lifting. But I just don't do those type of workouts anymore so I had to find something else that would work for me without giving me a heart attack. Ends up plain old, healthy foods provided better energy than any supplement I had tried before.

If I were you I'd try some Jack3d and see for yourself depending on what you are looking to do. Just like exlude said, if you are just going to jump on the treadmill 6 days a week then don't do it. If you are going to lift, then I would try it and see how you like it.

It's cheap and it works. Good Product.

The new Purus Muscle Marinade will top the industry without a doubt. Nothing will compare. It releases in 2 weeks.
