Anyone workout early in the morning feel more engergized?

For the past month i've been working out at 6am for about almost an hr every other morning..

I've felt more energized then usual.. I usually wake up at 7am to get ready for work.

Anyone else feel the same way?

Exercise causes both adrenaline and endorphin release, both which can lead to more energy throughout the day.

I'm about to start with a morning work out next week. I'll keep you posted how I feel.

Over five thousand years ago, Moses said to the children of Israel, "Pick up your shovel, mount your asses and camels, and I will lead you to the Promised Land." Nearly 75 years ago, Roosevelt said,"Lay down your shovels, sit on your asses, and light up a camel, this is the Promised Land." Now Obama has stolen your shovel..., taxed your asses, raised the price of camels and mortgaged the Promised Land!

I did it briefly and yes, I seemed to have more energy throughout the day. I just have a hard time getting up early to keep doing it.

That's going to be the toughest part for me, I work a late shift at work and I'm a night owl, just doesn't feel right to be in bed by 9:30 - 10PM when I get home at 7:30 - 8:00 PM.

I usually go cycling arround 7:30 - 8:00 AM (work till midnight). You do feel like you have much more energy during the day, on days I work out I feel cooped up if I'm at home all day, like I need to be out doing something rather than at home watching TV or surfing the web.

I go in at 5am three to four times a week. You do have more energy but your ass will start dragging later in the day.

I wake up and run in the morning, lift in the evening. Can't lift when I haven't had a full meal yet.
