little help please

i had some blood work done last week and got my results in. now, i carry all my weight in my gut, so my question is, what is the best excersize to get the the best results? my tests came back fine on everything except my triglicerides(sp?) my cholesterole was good, my HDL and LDL were good too. i have changed how much i eat a couple weeks ago, and i know it's gonna take some time. any help with the excersize would be great.

There is no spot reduction in fat...just not possible. All the crunches and situps in the world isnt going to make you lose love handles and a belly.

You simply have to exercise and diet.

x2

I consider myself to be in very good shape but have a lot of trouble with ab definition, I have to get down to very low body fat % for abs to show. Where fat is placed around your body is based off hormones and genetics, neither of which you can control. But you can control your diet and your workouts to lose fat across the board.

The only way to spot reduce is by mechanical means (lipo and the like). You're on the right track, just keep at it, losing weight for most people is trial and error to see what works.

Omega 3 is supposed to help lower triglycerides.. Take a fish oil supplement. They are high in Omega 3,6,and 9 fatty acids.
