Figured I'd share this site with those few of you crossfitters on here. The one thing I've never been to fond of with vanilla crossfit is that it doesn't have enough heavy, traditional lifting. Crossfit Football addresses this with 2 WODs, one Strength oriented (SWOD) and another more traditional workout daily (DWOD).
The SWOD can be found on the right side and the DWOD is in the center of the page. The SWOD is to be completed first, recover for about 10-15 minutes then attack the DWOD. I've really been enjoying this program for the past 2 weeks.
