Bootcamp style workout
Well I have about 3 weeks to a month before I get back to real work. I want to loose as much weight possible in that month. I mean go hard, hit the gym hard, every day Bootcamp style and moderatly on the weekends. For a person that doesnt work out would I be killing myself?? LOL!
I am really good at loosing weight just eating right but I want to go all out on this one for a straight month then hit the gym atleast 4 times a week after that.
I am 28 years old 6' and 270lbs do not drink or smoke anymore
My goal is to get between 180 and 190 (shit anythin under 200 would be nice).
Any help or suggestions are appreciated
