workout schedule

I'm 19 years old...weigh 170 and my height is 6'1"...I'm needing some help with a workout routine. I'm already pretty skinny, I just want to define my muscles and get a stronger and more defined upper body, back, and abs...I honestly have no idea where to start with a workout....I want something that will work and some sort of five day weekly schedule...Thanks.

I used to go M W F changing up the groups worked . Do sat sun Cardio and legs. You cant work legs enough.

M-Sat. Stretch on sunday. M W F Abs and chest and back T TH Sat Cardio. I am going to be switching it up in a few weeks.
