The 2010 transformation contest starts in about a week and I'm getting my game plan together to get my ass back in shape. I'm planning on p90x first thing in the morning whenever I wake up before I eat breakfast. I'll put in about 45min at the gym on my lunch break (rotate cardio & weights) and then I'll finish the evening with either the 2nd set of p90x (some days have more to do at night) or with some work on the bowflex, if not a light run. Now with that being said, does anyone think that I'll be over working myself where I won't see results?
