Need some advice please. (workout questions not supps or anything)
So I'm starting to work out tomorrow meeting with a trainer at the gym to measure my body weight, and body fat and all that good junk so i can know where i'm starting. Also taking before pictures.
I dont have the money to spend on a personal trainer right now to get me started so I just need some general advice on good workouts to target diff areas.
If someone with some decent amount of knowledge could maybe PM me or respond here so i could get some advice that would be great.
