Had to bump this.
After tearing my labrum in my right shoulder last May, I lost a LOT of strength on all my pushes, and just recently started back to pushing non-pussy weight. Anyway, since I've started getting back to normal, I remembered this thread and realized I haven't done any reverse grip presses since before the tear, so I decided to add a few sets yesterday.
Drum roll.... 135x8 & 155x8. Felt AWKWARD as hell, and I didn't want to risk going any heavier due to the tightness in my right shoulder.
I'm a puss.
